· Work begins promptly at 7am and ending at 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. (Summer hours are from 6am-2:30pm to beat the heat!)

Summary
NWBS is searching for a Framer to construct and assemble walls, floors, and roofs. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems while working independently. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper framing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
- Proper use of measurements
- Pneumatic nail guns and saws
- Install installation
- Read blueprints & tape measures
- Assembly of materials, lumber, sheetrock, decking, sub sheeting.
Qualifications:
- Comply with OSHA standards
- Ability to lift and carry objects 75 and over on occasion.
- Can consistently reach above and below shoulder level.
- Ability to read and understand measurements
- Ability to take direction, and work in a team with others.
- Can meet our daily schedule and possible overtime when necessary.
- Ability to climb ladders, use hoist and use man lifts to perform work duties.
- Provide own small hand tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
