Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Take and record vital signs, patient histories, and medical information.
  • Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked.
  • Track lab results and call in prescriptions.
  • Assist with patient triage and education.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records using AthenaOne and EPIC.
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient support.

What Were Looking For

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • EMT or military med tech experience considered.
  • BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient care.

  • Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (no weekends).
