We are seeking candidates to join our growing maintenance and monitoring team in the Seattle area. This is an opportunity for a full-time role that offers flexibility, competitive pay and benefits, consistent hours, and opportunities to advance.
Responsibilities for the role include hands-on maintenance and monitoring of building systems and a range of other responsibilities, such as repairing flooring, drywall, fencing, and appliances. If you want to work with a great group of people at an organization
Location: Puget Sound Region (Multiple Locations)
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7 am - 4 pm
Starting Wage Range: $29 - $29 per hour I Full Wage Range: $29 - $32 per hour

What we are looking for:
- 3-5 Years' experience of HANDS-ON facility maintenance or building trades
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office products including Outlook)
- Team player that can work effectively and diplomatically with site personnel and supervisors
- Working knowledge of building and mechanical systems
- Knowledge and experience working with a variety of power and hand tools
- Possess the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of carpentry, cabinetry, painting, drywall, and appliance maintenance
- Familiar with work order systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Valid Driver License
