Position Summary:  
The Senior Manager, Marketing Ecommerce will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization for our  commercial printing ecommerce marketing efforts, including website management, digital campaigns, content strategy, and analytics. Additionally, this role will support the launch and management of non-profit and affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and build new partnerships. 
 
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ecommerce and digital marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for social impact. This position requires strong foundational skills in ecommerce, customer journey mapping, and UI/UX.  
   
Position Details:  
  • Location: Hybrid – ability to work two days in Bellingham or Mount Vernon  
  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 28 hours per week but flexible days 
  • Full Wage Range: $45 – 55 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Marketing  
  • Website Management & Optimization: 
    • Manage and optimize the ecommerce platform to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve the overall user experience. 
    • Collaborate with the printing operations team and external agencies to implement SEO, UX/UI enhancements, and product updates. 
    • Partner with data and analytics teams to uncover actionable insights and improve site performance. 
  • Digital Campaign Strategy: 
    • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, and social media, to drive ecommerce sales and customer engagement. 
    • Develop promotional strategies to highlight key products, competitive pricing, and limited time offers. 
  • Content & Messaging: 
    • Craft compelling product messaging and marketing content, leveraging competitor insights and industry trends. 
    • Ensure seamless alignment of messaging across marketing pages, product configurators, and promotional materials. 
 
Partnership Marketing Program  
  • Program Launch & Management:  
    • Support the Senior Director of Marketing and VP of Strategic Ventures in managing and scaling the non-profit B2B sales and partnerships.  
    • Support the Senior Director of Marketing and VP of Strategic Ventures in managing and scaling the affiliate marketing program from its early stages. 
    • Identify, acquire, and onboard new non-profit sales leads and affiliate partners to expand reach and drive revenue. 
    • Play an integral role in supporting and maintaining strong relationships with non-profits and affiliates, ensuring their success through clear communication, support, and performance optimization. 
  • Process Development & Optimization: 
    • Develop processes and communication channels to streamline non-profit and affiliate management and improve collaboration. 
    • Monitor performance metrics, deliver insights, and implement strategies to enhance affiliate program effectiveness. 
 
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships  
  • Work closely with the printing operations team to align on product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Capture initial non-profit sales requirements and deliver to operations team for sales portal creation. 
  • Partner with the VP of Strategic Ventures and Senior Director of Marketing to support key marketing initiatives and partnerships. 
  • Coordinate with data and analytics teams to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. 
 
Analytics & Reporting  
  • Track and report on key ecommerce and affiliate marketing KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 
  • Leverage data to optimize campaigns, enhance site performance, and identify new opportunities for growth. 
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership. 
  
Qualifications:  
  • 7 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, including website management and multi-channel campaign execution. 
  • Strong foundational understanding of ecommerce principles, customer journey mapping, and UI/UX design. 
  • Proven experience managing sales and partner relationships, non-profit experience is a major plus.  
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to inform data-driven strategies. 
  • Experience developing and executing content strategies for product marketing and promotional campaigns. 
  • Strong project management skillset capable of leading projects across teams and divisions with the ability to prioritize for impact. 
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges and improving processes.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce printing industry is a significant plus.  
  • A passion for mission-driven work and social impact. 
  • Proficiency in or interest in acquiring skills with AI marketing tools. 
Working Conditions:  
  • Flexible part-time schedule with the ability to work hybrid and travel to partner sites within Washington State. 
  • Limited overnight travel required (2-3 times annually).
