We have positions available for Lifeguards at our indoor pool in Canaan, CT.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Previous swimming experience.
- Must be responsible, enthusiastic and able to work with children and adults.
- Current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certification .
Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimmers and class participants in our indoor pool.
- Ensure safe conditions for all participants.
- Test pool water, clean up pool deck & pool.
- Must be able to work alone & be responsible to do a quality job.
- Become familiar with and carry out Emergency Procedures, building rules & regulations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively while demonstrating Y Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility
Available shifts: various Weekdays and weekend shifts
Part-time up to 25 hours per week
