Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and providing support to patients, staff and management. This role requires strong communication skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Oversee medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage office schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical providers and mangement to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide patient support for telemedicine system and telephone communication.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining documentation.
- Serve as the practice point of contact for referring providers and organizations and managing inquiries.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess experience in medical office administration. Telemedicine experience would also be helpful, as we are a telemedicine practice. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in communicating with patients and providers, managing schedules and maintaining relationships with referreral sources. Strong computer skills, organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
