Responsibilities
Job Functions:
- Reflect the Northwest Way
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create Customers for Life
- Post check payments to customer accounts accurately
- Process credit card and ACH payments
- Maintain enrollment in customer billing/payment portals
- Research payment disputes, chargebacks, and discrepancies
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as needed

Qualifications
Experience:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related preferred
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Stable work history
- Accounts receivable experience preferred

- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Serves as a NW Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced mathematical skills
- Basic understanding of Accounting
- Ability to communicate with all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to financial matters
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
