**This position will work the afternoon/closing shift**

What your job duties will entail:
- You will receive inbound calls to sell residential services and make outbound calls to potential prospects
- You will have the ability to describe and sell residential pest services to new and existing customers resulting in monthly commissions
- You will continuously meet and exceed sales goals as set by leadership team
- You will receive all inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers per their needs including, but not limited to, payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- You will appropriately notate all accounts in a timely fashion
- You will complete additional tasks and projects based on the needs of our internal customers
- You will problem solve customer accounts for current and future needs
- You will focus on consistent customer communication
- You will partner with internal groups such as fellow administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary service

Qualifications
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required!
- Bilingual (spanish speaker) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to pass a drug screen
