GENERAL SUMMARY
The B2B Inside Sales Specialist's responsibilities will include generating sales from within the store's customer base via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This job also requires the responsibility of offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
BENEFITS:
Team Members who work an average of 36 hours per week or more and have successfully completed six months of employment with the company will receive
40 hours of vacation per calendar year
24 hours of sick leave per calendar year
Basic health insurance is offered after 90 days of employment to Team Members who work an average 36 hours per week or more.
Team Members who work an average of 30 hours per week or more will also get two paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
A 401(k) non-employer matching plan is available to everyone who meets the eligibility criteria.
