What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager- Adult Behavioral Health position at Northwest Family Services?
This position is responsible for managing the Adult Behavioral Health Programs, which include Health & Housing Liaison services and DHS Child Welfare contracted programs in accordance with the contract(s), all applicable government ordinances and company policies.
What You’ll be Doing
· Ensure that program services are provided in accordance with contract requirements, regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Oversee Recovery Support Teams and Housing & Health Liaison programs which includes but is not limited to hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring as well as providing performance feedback.
· Establish and maintain positive and effective professional relationships with County and State personnel, community members, government agencies, co-workers and other stakeholders.
· Ensure that outreach efforts which include presentations, programs, treatment, and classes are utilizing best practice methods and evidence-based strategies.
· Act as an agency liaison to Clackamas and Multnomah County DHS Child Welfare branches, including meetings, consultation and Family Treatment Court staffing.
· Oversee the fiscal aspects including billing, grants/contracts, reporting, and performance metrics.
· Regular attendance is required.
· Other duties as required.
What You’ll Need
· A Master’s degree in social work or related field.
· Preferred: Current, active license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
· Preferred: CADC-I
· At least three years of experience in managing others.
