What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Sales Ambassador position at Northwest Fitness Company?
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Temporary Sales Associate to join our team at the Washington State Spring Fair (04/10/25 to 4/13/25 and 4/17/25 to 4/20/25). It will be a base hourly and will have commission in addition. This temporary role could lead to being invited back for the Fall Fair from 8/29/25 to 9/21/25 or even a more consistent position with the company. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with fair attendees to promote and sell gym memberships. Your key responsibilities include:
- Engage and Inform: Actively approach and engage fair attendees, sharing the benefits of our gym memberships.
- Sign Up New Members: Assist interested individuals in signing up for gym memberships on the spot.
- Collect Contact Information: Collect and accurately record contact information from potential customers for follow-up communications.
- Distribute Passes: Hand out promotional passes and materials to attendees, ensuring they leave with a positive impression.
- Create a Fun Atmosphere: Maintain a friendly, energetic, and fun environment at the booth to attract more visitors and create a memorable experience.
