As a Human Resource Specialist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation and revision job descriptions and posting positions in ATS.
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and evaluating applicant qualifications; including attendance at job fairs, and building community talent relationships.
- Conducting bi-weekly new hire orientation.
- Entering, retrieving, and maintaining human resources information in HRIS.
- Preparing human resource correspondence and reports.
- Ensuring employee records are maintained in accordance with employment laws.
- Responding to employees queries in a timely manager.
- Collaborating with other departments on HR related projects; HR representative on committees.
- Processing semi-monthly payroll.
- Benefit Administration.
- An Associate degree in human resources, business, or a related field; directly related experience can be used in lieu of education on a year for year basis.
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Hands on experience with Paycom preferred, but not required.
