Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing various treatments, and educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
- Use clinical knowledge and expertise to identify and prioritize patient needs, and make informed decisions regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including progress notes, medication lists, and other relevant information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements for the Role:
- Current AZ RN license
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a PCU or telemetry setting
- Strong clinical skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people
