SULLIVAN AUTOMOTIVE IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A SERVICE RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
Must be passionately committed to serving and caring for other people. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and operate successfully under deadlines. Must be able to follow directions while knowing when to take the ball and run with it. Software experience in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Summary of responsibilities;
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the advisor to facilitate client growth.
Principal responsibilities:
- Answering phones
Making appointments
- Updating customers with service status
- Balancing cash box and the previous days repair orders
- Scanning important documents
- Setting up and Tracking loaner vehicles
- Some warranty administration (will teach the process)
- Make suggestions to systematize and improve office functionality
- Anticipate advisor's needs and handle them proactively
- other misc projects
Required Knowledge/skills/competencies:
- High attention to detail
- Multi tasking
- Team player
- Experience in the administrative role (Financial/securities industry experience a plus)
- Superior organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
