Position Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant to the President is a trusted partner responsible for managing all aspects of the President’s professional and personal affairs, ensuring maximum focus on advancing the mission, business priorities, and support for NLC nationwide, and in Puerto Rico. This role requires someone who can proactively manage a wide range of responsibilities; from calendar and communications management to navigating organizational complexity and change – with discretion, urgency, and high emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic gatekeeper, problem solver, and advocate for the President and senior leadership team, capable of making sound decisions, anticipating needs, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the President’s schedule, travel, meetings, and communications with exceptional attention to detail and foresight.
- Act as liaison between the President and internal/ external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and prioritization.
- Manage Quanta Services correspondence and reporting requirements on behalf of the President; support Quanta projects and initiatives and maintain a strong understanding of deadlines, policies, and key relationships.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Support key initiatives and special projects proactively and follow through on strategic priorities.
- Serve as sounding board and advocate for the President and senior leadership team, especially in organizational dynamics, employee concerns, and change management.
- Take initiative to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure the President’s time and energy are aligned with the NLC’s most critical needs.
- Manages corporate and executive events, including all scheduling, planning, and logistical details.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a professional office environment with a high degree of executive interaction and project experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or,
- 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Certificate.
Technical Requirements/ Core Competencies
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and technology skills
- Experience with scheduling and travel planning

Salary
$70,000 - $78,000 annual salary, DOE
