NW Office Liquidations is seeking a part time administrative assistant to the president. The role requires 3-4 hours per day in our Central Eastside location.
- Minimum of three years of executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Light bookkeeping and account reconciliation, familiarity with Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to create simple spreadsheets
- Obtain and send Certificate of Insurance (COI) documents
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the President.
