NW Office Liquidations is seeking a part time administrative assistant to the president. The role requires 3-4 hours per day in our Central Eastside location.
Minimum of three years of executive assistant experience
Proficiency in scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and managing calendars
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Light bookkeeping and account reconciliation, familiarity with Quickbooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
Ability to create simple spreadsheets
Obtain and send Certificate of Insurance (COI) documents
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the President.
