Job Description:
The Production Lead is responsible for the production of the job and interaction of the crew to the client. Leads are masters of all aspects of equipment, techniques, and understanding of materials used for each substrate in the project. They are responsible for the instruction of the rest of the team for onsite learning. Significant communication skills are required for this position. The client experience and expectations are managed and fulfilled by the Production Lead. Leads collect final payment, and deposit it to the Office Manager. Leads report to the Project Manager, Office Manager, Project Designer, and Owner
Qualifications:
· Current and clean driver’s license
· 5-10 years of experience in residential and commercial painting
· Be hungry to work
· Be humble to learn
· Ability to act intelligently with people
· Associate’s degree
· Lift Operators license
