Northwest Partners ilooking to hire an experienced full-time Program Manager to work with one of our premier client in the insurance industry. This remote position requires PMP or PgMP certification and extensive experience managing enterprise-level programs within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will oversee complex, interrelated projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful delivery.
What YOU will do :
- Lead the successful completion of large-scale programs and initiatives, coordinating interrelated projects across the organization.
- Develop program roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables while managing dependencies and risks.
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, executive sponsors, and vendors.
- Communicate program-level status and roadmaps effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and manage program budgets, negotiating costs with partners and vendors.
- Mentor project managers and support their professional development.
- Drive program execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Document and manage program scope, ensuring all scope changes are addressed effectively.
- Lead the creation of Statements of Work and Requests for Proposals as required.
