Scheduler, Switchboard Operator
Northwest Primary Care Group
We are looking for a individual to join our Scheduler, Switchboard team full time.
Responsibilities
Patient appointment scheduling
Switchboard operation
Managing patient recalls
This position involves interaction with patients and our business office, reception and nursing departments.
Required Qualifications
Customer Service experience
Computer experience using Microsoft Office software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Desired Qualifications
Experience with electronic medical records
Medical Clinic experience
Scheduling and/or switchboard operation experience
Bilingual.
