Objective: The "Customer Services Representative" portion of this position is in an office position working at a desk and supporting the front counter and phones, along with normal office support duties. The "Caretaker" portion of this position is an on-site representative for our company to the residents and public. They are responsible for helping us watch over the community and upholding quality standards to ensure satisfaction with our residents.
We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professional member to join our team and live at our well-established community in Centralia, WA. If you are interested in working in the residential housing field and are a “people person”, who enjoys talking to prospective residents searching for their next home, helping tenants navigate questions, answer phones, support the office, and are great at customer service, this position may be just right for you! Skills and Abilities For Job Success:
Experience including a background in excellent customer service and office skills.
Experience or ability to learn property management, hotel, motel, the real estate field, retail, sales or other related customer service.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English.
Sales or marketing skills.
Detail oriented and organizational skills.
Comfortable with the use of emails and computer.
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures including Fair Housing laws and safety practices.
Valid driver’s license and insured operable vehicle.
Full background check.
Neat and clean appearance.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Answering telephone calls for inquiries and resident requests
- Working the front counter in our main office.
- Welcome and show the property to prospective residents and leasing of apartments.
- Interacting with the residents and public in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Collecting rents in the office.
- Onsite “on call” status in accordance with scheduling to handle maintenance emergencies.
- Complete required paperwork within timelines.
- Report all unusual or emergent conditions to maintenance and/or the corporate office.
For this unique opportunity, we provide the following compensation:
- Salary ($2200 monthly) and a home on-site ($1500 value). $3700 /- total value.
- Ongoing training and support from the corporate office.
