Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Dispatcher to join our operations team in Eagan, Minnesota. This person is responsible to ensure all delivery functions are performed efficiently. You will maintain all routes and ensure completeness, accuracy, and smooth flow of all Service Technician paperwork.

A day in the life:
- Update, revise, and maintain all drivers routes to ensure efficiency and workload consistency
- Work with Customer Service, Branch Managers, and Maintenance to assure timely and proper delivery
- Process paperwork to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance, on a daily basis
- Receive daily call-in orders and efficiently place within a drivers route
- Premium pay for any on-call hours worked.
Our top candidate will have:
- Will have previous dispatch experience
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
