Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles, including limousines, buses, and vans, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns during the journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and any potential delays or issues.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines during transport.
- Assist in the planning of routes to optimize efficiency while accommodating passenger needs.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers.
- Experience in driving various types of vehicles, including limousine services, bus driving, van driving, or commercial driving preferred.
- Familiarity with paratransit services and school bus driving is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while managing diverse passenger needs.
