Law Firm Hospitality Coordinator

LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $22-24/hr. DOE
SCHEDULE:Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:30-5:00; 100% in-office, 1-hour lunch.
Occasional need for early start or stay late due to events
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Set up and clear conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization, while maintaining the kitchen and lounge areas.
· Oversee inventory of snacks and beverages, ensuring the fridge is stocked and reordering supplies as necessary.
· Greet clients and visitors, managing office traffic to create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
· Provide overflow phone coverage, assist with reception, and offer administrative support across various projects.
· Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, proactively addressing cleaning and organizing needs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Hospitality experience with a strong desire to learn and grow in an office setting; Food Handler’s card a plus.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to help people, remember names, anticipate team needs, and assist with professionalism.
· Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and general office software.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s high standards of client service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to set up conference rooms for meetings and events, including tea/lunch services.
· Frequent walking, standing, and bending to clean, organize, and maintain various office spaces, including the kitchen and lounge areas.
· Ability to carry and stock supplies such as snacks, beverages, and office inventory to maintain the kitchen and meeting areas.
· Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones and assisting with reception duties.
