Our 7 OR rooms and 1 procedure room are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to perform a wide range of outpatient surgical procedures. We're looking for a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing expert nursing care and support during surgery cases. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes and contribute to a positive hospital culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases
* Position patients and prep them for surgery
* Circulate cases and ensure smooth operation of the OR
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain scrupulous infection control standards and professional competencies
Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
* Valid unrestricted license to practice in the State of Texas
* Current American Heart BLS certification
* Prior experience working as a circulator
