Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at ScionHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and developing individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and colleagues regarding patient progress and changes in clinical condition.

Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse/RN.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse/RN.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months as a Registered nurse/RN with Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
