Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and estimating multiple projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for potential projects
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Keep detailed records and documentation of project progress, expenses, and changes
Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure profitability
Mentor and train junior team members as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Estimator in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and estimating software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
