Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our organization. Northwest Wellness Center redefines the traditional concept of healthcare and wellness by providing a patient-centered culture that delivers lifestyle-oriented wellness services through our unique and innovative Wellness Center.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Director to implement strategic directives and lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Wellness Center.
Our Wellness center specializes in: Decompression Treatment, Disc Issues, SoftWave Therapy, Chiropractic Treatment, Neuropathy Treatment, Thrive, InvisaRED – Weight Loss Treatment, and ProBalance Treatment.
Candidates for this position must be patient-centric, empathetic, intuitive, organized, exceptional multi-taskers, and have outstanding people skills. The right person for this position is innovative, motivated and extremely thorough. You will be the "right-hand" for our providers, overseeing all aspects of the practice from tracking and driving KPIs, to overseeing marketing and lead intake, to being hands-on with our patients. You will be leading and mentoring our team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Desired Qualities:
- Experience in a service based business, especially in an Administrative/Management, Operations and/or Business Development role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, in-person and by phone/e-mail
