o Assist in audit preparation and coordinate efforts with Program Managers;
o Provide input on grant and contract applications, set up and reporting;
o Creation and implementation of program forms, in collaboration with Program Managers;
o Partner with Directors and Program Managers to ensure that data collection tools and documentation align with agency values of trauma-informed, positive youth development care, and cultural equity;
o Ensure compliance with grants, contracts, and licensing; and
o Oversee implementation and maintenance of case management software in collaboration with leadership.
Impact & Analytics:
o Collaborate with Directors to develop impact tracking measures, assessments, and tools to analyze and interpret data, including dashboards;
o Design and implement data analysis strategies and systems that enhance statistical efficiency and quality;
o Participate in quality improvement initiatives by assessing data processes, workflow, reporting, and other relevant projects;
o Provide input on grant and contract applications, program tracking setup, reporting, and contract audit preparation across all programs; and
o Generate reports, compare data trends, and offer recommendations to Directors and Program Managers.
Program Support:
o Support the full lifecycle of grants and contracts, from application to implementation and closeout, including reporting and audits;
o Ensure accurate and timely data collection and entry, in collaboration with service teams and the Data & Impact team;
o Oversee the completeness and submission of all required data reports;
o Work with Directors and Program Managers to streamline funding compliance processes, including data entry and reporting;
o Assist with the onboarding and ongoing training of staff on data collection processes, reporting requirements, and grant/contract compliance;
o Stay informed on data standards and collection requirements for all databases in use, including HMIS, and communicate updates to relevant staff; and
o Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or three years’ experience working with Excel and databases;
o Demonstrated experience working with data entry, reporting, and analyzing data;
o One year of experience in management;
o Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
o Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Adobe, and other related business and communication tools; and
o Requires background checks.
Required within first 30 days of employment:
o CPR/First Aid/Bloodborne pathogens certifications required;
o Must have a negative TB test; and
o Full understanding of the CPS reporting requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Master’s degree in Statistics or Analytics;
o Equivalent ongoing learning in the fields of data analysis and relevant subjects;
o Demonstrated experience working with HMIS;
o Demonstrated experience working with data entry, reporting and analyzing data;
o Demonstrated experience evaluating effectiveness of programs and making suggestions for improvement;
