What you'll be doing...
The mailroom operations assistant plays a critical role in our document control center, working with the team to ensure that mail and supplies are properly categorized, filed and stored and special projects are completed accurately and timely. You will be:
- Sorting, prioritizing and distributing mail
- Routing supplies and maintaining forms and supplies inventories
- Operating folder/inserter equipment
- Assisting with requests for customers as well as special mailing projects
- Filling in as courier route driver - must have valid driver’s license with good driving record
