Are you passionate about helping individuals secure safe and stable housing? The Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT) Team at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking an Adult Outreach Housing Coordinator to support individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We’re looking for a team player with knowledge of local housing resources to provide case management and advocacy while working directly in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage designated caseload, providing direct support to individuals in need of housing.
- Assist clients in accessing housing resources and developing life skills, including symptom management, money management, and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with local shelters, community kitchens, encampments, and other community organizations.
- Coordinate with other case managers and treatment teams to ensure housing stability.
- Attend local and statewide housing-related meetings.
- Support clients in the Coordinated Entry (CE) system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of local housing programs and experience working with landlords and community partners.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and excellent organization.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to transport clients as needed.
- Experience in case management and mental health services is a plus!

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, however an Associate’s Degree in the Human Services field and/or relevant experience will be considered.
