Join our Developmental Services Division as a Service Coordinator and make a difference in people's lives! We are seeking a strong team player with energy and creativity.
As a Service Coordinator you will provide case management supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. We work with individuals between 18 years of age to end of life with a wide range of interests, abilities, and supports as well as provide wrap around supports.
The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with others, has excellent communication and time management skills, is organized, is a team player, reserves judgement, and cares about helping others.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Willing to consider someone with an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. Personal reliable car necessary for transportation.
