The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks two full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator positions at the rank of Associate or Assistant Professor. One position will serve as Chief of Obstetrics.
Clinical Responsibilities : Clinical responsibilities include both consultation as well as total care of patients with high-risk pregnancies, coverage of Labor and Delivery, and performance and interpretation of ultrasounds. The Division also collaborates with Lurie Children’s in the established Chicago Institute for Fetal Health, a joint Pediatric Surgery / MFM program devoted to fetal therapy.
Teaching Responsibilities : Teaching responsibilities will include involvement in student, resident, and fellow education. An interest in clinical research or another pathway for academic career advancement is encouraged.
Minimum Requirements : Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible. Salary and academic appointment will be commensurate with achievements and experience.
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
