We are actively seeking a licensed and experienced leader with insurance and / or financial services producer and team management experience to lead the charge in building and scaling our West Texas presence. Were seeking a visionary leader who can recruit, develop, and inspire a team of advisors and interns while driving substantial growth in the region. This isnt a behind-the-scenes role; youll actively engage with clients and lead by example with your own production.

To Be Considered You Must Possess the Following :

We are open your experience being in one of the following : real estate, financial services or a direct or adjacent segment of the insurance industry.

An authentic passion for West Texas, with a desire to make a significant impact in Lubbock and Amarillo.

Visionary mindset to recruit and develop 8-10 advisors and college interns annually, with our Texas based Network Office support and guidance.

Ability to develop new offices and kick start the local college internship program.

5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

3 years of leading teams.

We can discuss licensing requirements in an interview.

Competitive compensation ranging from : $100K to $200K in year 1 and the ability to exceed $300K by year 3 , with significant bonus potential based on outcomes.

Passions outside of business? Family (20-year-old son, 16-year-old son, 12-year-old daughter), golfing, Packers fan, and cheers for the Texas Longhorns. Played college football at Ouachita Baptist University.

Paul Brown, Growth and Development Director & Financial Advisor

How long with NM? 16 years.

Previous experience? College internship; Greek life in college, economics major at Texas A&M.

Passions outside of business? Married with 2 kids; enjoys Aggie football, golf, Dallas sports, and spending time with his 6 and 3-year-old kids. Born and raised in Dallas, now living in Arlington.

Daryl Klump, CFP, Managing Director

How long with NM? 12 years.

Previous experience? Started a non-profit; began at NM in a receptionist role, moved into trading, now runs her own District.

Passions outside of business? Married with a 2-year-old; loves wine, horses, soccer, reading (including professional development and fiction), and spending time on the water.

Previous experience? Started in college as a NM intern.
