What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven leadership experience (3 years) in building and leading teams.
- Minimum licenses: SIE, General Lines, 6, 63 (bonus if some already held, but otherwise willing to acquire).
- An authentic passion for West Texas, with a desire to make a significant impact in Lubbock and Amarillo.
- Visionary mindset to recruit and develop 8-10 advisors and college interns annually, with our Texas based Network Office support and guidance.
- Ability to grow satellite offices and establish a thriving college internship program.
- Competitive compensation ranging from: $100K to $200K in year 1 and the ability to exceed $300K by year 3 , with significant bonus potential based on outcomes.

- Passions outside of business? Married with 2 kids; enjoys Aggie football, golf, Dallas sports, and spending time with his 6 and 3-year-old kids. Born and raised in Dallas, now living in Arlington.
