Open your mind to the possibility of transferring your successful experience in casual dining restaurants (see footnote) and other hospitality services to a more focused, entrepreneurial role leading your own (single) location. Other successful transitions to Tidal Wave Auto Spa have included small business owners, retail, grocery, returning military/armed forces, membership-based clubs, auto/tire/oil change centers, tradesman and experienced technical school graduates.
What to expect day-to-day
· Have fun leading a small team of 8 -14 employees that emphasizes a results-orientation and teamwork, and at times, work alongside them on the line to set your expectation for quality service.
· It’s a fast-paced and structured work environment, focused on earning customer loyalty with exceptional, friendly and helpful service.
· The normal work week is approximately 50 hours (minimum 47) and will include weekend days, mainly Fridays and Saturdays.
· Assume ownership (and teamwide focus) for the achievement of site performance expectations for profitability, quality standards, cleanliness and efficiency.
· You’ll perform essential leadership tasks, and you’ll learn how to perform site reviews and equipment checks.
· You will actively engage in recruiting, training, and developing your team, and in minimizing turnover by helping to cultivate future leaders for your site and the TWAS network.
· Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, restrooms and equipment rooms that’s worthy of the brand…a site you can be proud of.
About the requirements
· 3 years of customer & team facing leadership experience required.
· Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
· Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
· Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
· Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
About compensation and performance awards
· Managing Partners earn a generous base salary (minimum guarantee of $80,000 in year one with opportunities for rapid acceleration), with additional compensation for occasional extra hours (premium pay). Average annual income could reach $140,000 (or more).
· Managing Partners also have opportunities to earn pay for performance rewards such as cash bonuses for meeting site performance milestones and even more for achieving high performance.
· Benefits program includes: generous PTO, eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage (subject to 30 day waiting period) and eligibility for 401(K) (subject to plan terms), life insurance, short- and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accidental, (subject to 30 day waiting period).
