Role Overview
Northwestern Mutual – Bouchard Financial Group is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will report to the Recruiting Lead and support the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and administering hiring tasks to managing onboarding, licensing, and registration of upcoming interns and Financial Representatives (FRs). You’ll play a key role in helping bring top-tier talent into our growing firm. Compensation: Base Pay: start at $55,000 bonus opportunity

Specific Duties include but are not limited to:
Recruiting & Selection Support
· Source and engage prospective candidates through outbound calls, messages, job boards, social media, and referrals
· Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams
· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout each step of the selection and hiring process
· Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of key steps (e.g., Culture Index Survey, RightChoice assessment, market surveys, income projection, fingerprinting, licensing, onboarding)
· Track candidate progress data within the applicant tracking system
· Assist with planning and execution of recruitment events, info sessions, and career fairs including administrative recruiting efforts such as social media posts, flyers, and email outreach
· Partner with the recruiting lead and leadership team to align on hiring needs and provide updates on onboarding status
Contract, Licensing, and Registration Support
· Manage candidate paperwork for contracting, licensing, and registration through Home Office systems
· Initiate service requests and oversee candidate portal application completion
· Pre-onboard candidates by guiding them through fingerprint scheduling, 215 licensing process, and course completion
· Act as a liaison between candidates, state insurance departments, the Home Office, and vendors to gather documentation and fulfill FINRA Disclosure requirements
· Track and request licensing reimbursements for intern and full-time FR candidates
· Coordinate with background investigation vendors and escalate findings to the Managing Director when necessary
· Support and track non-resident licensing requirements when applicable
Qualifications:
· College degree preferred
· Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is preferred but not required
· Strong analytical and judgement skills with ability to interpret and work within guidelines while adhering to regulatory requirements.
· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is essential.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to develop and maintain rapport with professionals at all levels.
· Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management abilities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe with ability to learn internal systems quickly.
