OVERALL FUNCTION
The Berry Network Office of Northwestern Mutual is seeking an Investment Associate who works with financial representatives to deliver financial security to their clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Investment Associates help financial representatives increase productivity by providing planning and integrated operations support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with assigned representatives
- Prepare integrated plans using software (PX and Illustration System)
- Prepare investment advisor proposals
- Review and submit applications for insurance and investments
- Actively manage underwriting and onboarding process, and regularly follow up on outstanding requirements
- Process any services requests including policy changes, asset movement, and EFT drafts
- Lead IPS training for new advisors
- Monitoring, processing, and following up on asset transfers and on initial and subsequent funding of advisory accounts
- Monitoring industry trends and research
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required plus 2 years of related experience and/or training
