Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize various platforms such as social media, job boards, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in recruitment systems.
• Engage in cold calling potential candidates to generate interest in open positions.
• Provide insights on market trends and candidate feedback to improve recruitment processes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in Recruiting in a corporate setting or staffing. Financial Services Industry is a plus.
• Strong cold calling skills for lead generation and outreach efforts.
• Strong personal network and/or community involvement to leverage from a recruiting perspective
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
