The Director of Operations focuses on client service and supporting the financial advisors as they focus on building the practice and client relationships. This person will ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized office. This person will also serve as the liaison between the advisor(s) and the home office, as well as the financial advisor(s) and clients.
Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Client Servicing: Onboarding & opening client accounts, account maintenance, etc.
- Calling client(s) and scheduling appointments
- Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies
- Developing and executing new growth directives
