Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Controller/Financial Analyst. This unique blend position will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and track operational metrics across multiple companies.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Help with the development of financial dashboards.
- Assist with spreadsheet automation to eliminate manual task
- Balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance.
- Assist with financial audits and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.
- Assist department heads with specific initiatives, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical, PBM, or TPA space
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- High proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks and willingness to learn company’s operational systems.
- Project Management expertise required

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
