This role reviews, analyzes and evaluates business processes and user needs to determine solutions to business problems, specifically related to core system configuration.

We are seeking a skilled Analyst that will be able to analyze business and user needs for configuration and to participate in various configuration activities in a variety of tool sets for business functions including Accounts, Benefits, Billing, Provider, and Claims. This role requires both strong business acumen to understand what our client business partners are looking to solve, as well as technical skills to configure and support our overall platform solution. Strong communication, time management/prioritization, and problem solving skills are key components of this role. Prior exposure to payor systems such as HealthRules Payor would be preferred experience for this position. This role works within a team of other experienced Configuration professionals to drive configuration efficiencies and best practices across our platform. Experience
Required- 5 year(s): Prior experience in one of the following: System Configuration, Business Analyst, or IT related role

Education
