As a BDR at NorthWing Digital, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—helping organizations discover how the right digital strategy can transform their impact. This role is perfect for someone who is highly engaged, growth-minded, and eager to build relationships from the ground up.
You’ll focus on outbound outreach, generating lead lists, and initiating conversations with organizations that align with our target market—particularly those in MedTech, nonprofit, legal, and professional service industries.
This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our Hopkins office. You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales to build a high-quality sales pipeline, introduce potential clients to our services, and ultimately help more organizations benefit from what NorthWing Digital has to offer.
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and build targeted lead lists aligned with our ideal client profile
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns using email sequences, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule and set up discovery meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
- Attend in-person and virtual networking events to build awareness and forge new relationships
Sales Enablement
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and outcomes in our CRM system
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and share insights on potential prospect needs
Market Awareness
- Stay current on NorthWing Digital’s service offerings, including SEO, Paid Ads, Website Design, and Analytics
- Understand digital marketing trends and how they apply to prospects in MedTech, nonprofit, legal, and other professional service industries
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (not required)
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or outreach-focused role (internships welcome)
Skills & Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with phone outreach, email engagement, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Highly engaged, self-motivated, and eager to build new relationships
- Growth-minded with a desire to continuously improve and learn
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and follow-through
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, websites, and analytics
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools) is a plus
