Job Description
This position provides technical support for operators, sales and engineering on machine, equipment, and material processing. Key responsibilities include providing training and guidance to operators, collaborating with sales and operations to improve process and quality, updating equipment, improving processing efficiency, and actively communicating with production, sales and management.
Responsibilities:A high school diploma or GED. 5 years manufacturing experience preferred, with wire and cable manufacturing experience desired. Training in problem-solving skills (PDCA).

- Provide technical support to operators explaining and demonstrating the operation of equipment, material processing, and safety in material handling.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations on process and quality improvement to ensure delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Update equipment and improve processing efficiency.
- Actively communicate with Production, Sales and Management.
