Summary of Job description:
The Community Liaison develops a marketing plan that executes the strategic business objectives of the organization for the primary focus of growing and maintaining campus census. This position requires collaborating in the development of community education, wellness, and healthy aging opportunities. Proactively recruits and assess/maintains census of residents for admission to the assigned area. Implements sales, marketing, and census development strategies when census levels do not meet or exceed targeted goals. This position develops and maintains relationships with residents, families, professional, and community referral sources. Candidate will be a self-starter that can increase community and brand awareness quickly in the local market. Prior experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
2 years experience in external marketing with a track record of developing relationship and getting results.
