Primary Responsibilities of the Executive Director Include: (but are not limited to)
- Direct Supervision/Management of all Departments
- Provision of Clinical Oversight and Quality Driven Outcomes
- Maintaining Regulatory Requirements/Compliance
- Fiscal Management- Expense/Revenue Management
- Census Management/Development
For this position you MUST meet ONE of these qualifications:
- RN or LPN
- NHA
- Bachelors Degree
- Have three thousand hours of direct operational responsibility for a senior housing facility, health care facility, residential care facility, adult care facility or any other group home licensed or approved by the state
