- Manage inventory control and food management processes to optimize efficiency.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a fine dining experience.
- Train and mentor staff in cooking techniques and kitchen management practices.
