Qualifications:
- High School Graduate, GED or related experience
- Excellent phone and customer/personnel related communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multi task and prioritize work
- Strong data entry skills
- Accounts payable
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate departments within the building
- Open, document and distribute mail to appropriate department
- Greet guests that enter the building and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Responsible for accepting deliveries and notifying the appropriate recipient
- Provide clerical support to office personnel
- Filing as needed
- Office supply ordering
- Check processing and deposits
