This position will partner with senior leadership teams across multiple locations to provide the tools and expertise to assess, refine, and optimize workplace dynamics, achieve customer service excellence, and bring structure to fast-paced environments.
As a Vice President of Human Capital & Organizational Development, your primary responsibilities include:
- A hands-on, lead-by-example expert in streamlining operations, reducing inefficiencies, and maximizing on-site and corporate team productivity across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement frameworks to assess and improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance.
- Act as an on-the-ground problem solver and resolve challenges in real time.
- Organize talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-performing employees across all divisions.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure policies, compensation, and benefits programs support human capital objectives.
- Develop performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Travel to various locations to deliver in-person leadership training and provide hands-on leadership coaching and help assess unique team needs.
- Coach on-site teams on effective leadership strategies, team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Measure and analyze workforce key performance indicators (KPIs) to track engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee workforce planning and forecasting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Design and implement career development programs that promote internal mobility and leadership pipeline growth.
- Foster a high-performance, people-first workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including a strong focus on organizational development, leadership development, and talent strategy.
- Experience in industries with multi-location operations (multi-family properties, retirement housing, hospitality, etc.).
- Certification in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, or Change Management.
- Proven experience in workforce optimization, leadership coaching, and culture transformation at a senior level.
- Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-location operations and build alignment across multiple divisions and teams.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
- A sharp, professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand with pride
