- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
- The ability to operate a multiline telephone system
- The ability to screen and direct all incoming calls
- The ability to type, fax, and email appropriate forms
- Abilty to receive, sort, and distribute mail accurately and timely
- Ability to answer all inquires according to facility release of information policies and proceedures
- The abitiy to handle emergency situations in a calm, effective manner
- The ability to communicate and work cooperatively with faciltiy staff.
